St. Norbert College has been selected as a G.I. Jobs Military Friendly School. The list honors
the top 20 percent of colleges, universities and trade schools that are doing the most to
embrace America's veterans as students.
Since 1936, the St. Norbert College military science program has commissioned both active
duty and reserve component officers for our nation's defense. Over 970 college students
have graduated from St. Norbert's ROTC program. Eleven graduates have attained the rank
of general during their military careers and many others have attained the rank of colonel.

such a claim.
A full story and detailed list of Military Friendly Schools will be highlighted in the annual
Guide to Military Friendly Schools and on a poster, both of which will be distributed to
hundreds of thousands of active and former military personnel this month.
Criteria for making the Military Friendly Schools list included efforts to recruit and retain
military and veteran students, results in recruiting military and veteran students and
academic accreditations.
