Language Services at St. Norbert College to Offer January Cooking Classes

St. Norbert College Language Services will hold the following events this January for the general public:
Booyah Cooking Class: Saturday, Jan. 24, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Brown County Culinary Kitchen, 2900 Curry Lane, Green Bay. Participants will learn how to make authentic Belgian chicken booyah. John and Barb Maskell, who have produced booyah by the gallons for fund-raising events in Door County, will lead the class. The cost is $40 per person. Register by Jan. 19.
Flavors of Spain Cooking Class: Tuesday, Jan. 27, 5-7:30 p.m. at St. Norbert College. Participants will learn how to prepare traditional Spanish cuisine. Chef Dan Froelich, head chef at St. Norbert for over 25 years, will teach the class. The cost is $40 per person. Register by Jan. 20.
