Dining

With many locally available food products being sold to Green Bay school's as is required by law, Saint Norbert dining services must get creative with sustainable menu choices. Currently, the college opts for a plant rich menu that not only provides healthy food options for students, but positively impacts the enviroment. Leftovers are used for compost for keeping the campus' plants healthy or are sent to UW-Oshkosh to be used as biofuel in a biodigester.
