Meet the Class of 2026

The St. Norbert Class of 2026 have made their way to campus and begun their first academic year in De Pere.

The 491 first-years, 16 percent of whom identify as students of color, have had a variety of high-school experiences but their accomplishments in and outside of academics promise to bring new energy, perspectives and possibilities to campus.

Here’s what our annual snapshot has to say about the incoming class:

They’re academically gifted
The Class of 2026 have taken their academics seriously, a tradition they’ll continue here at SNC.

  • 3.55 is their average GPA
  • 25 is the average ACT score, with 30 students scoring a 30 or higher
  • 118 students had a GPA between 3.85 and 3.99
  • 64 students held a 4.0 GPA or higher
  • 17 were valedictorians and 4 were salutatorians
  • 153 were members of the National Honor Society

They’ve been engaged participants in extracurricular opportunities
From athletics to the arts, students made time for more than just their academics.

  • 324 were involved in athletics
  • 62 athletes were captains of a varsity sport
  • 14 played on state championship teams
  • 98 participated in vocal or instrumental activities
  • 73 were members of student government

They’ve been involved in their wider communities
Students managed to not only connect with communities but to also give back through their involvement.

  • 2,500 volunteer hours were served
  • 8 students became Eagle Scouts
  • 3 students earned the Girl Scout Gold Award
  • 86 participated in a community service group
  • 22 went on mission trips
  • 65 were involved in youth ministry
