Carolyn is the research analyst for the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, having joined the department in 2017. In this role, she refines research questions, constructs datasets, conducts statistical analyses, summarizes research findings, creates interactive data visualizations and dashboards, and prepares reports and presentations in support of requests from various units on campus and of accreditation efforts.

Her academic background is in psychology and human development, as well as forensic and experimental psychology. Her primary research interests include juror perceptions, victim culpability, cyber crimes and the law, and social injustices faced by underrepresented populations.
