Kasia Mills

Assistant Director for Assessment
B.A., Hunter College-CUNY (Political Science and Anthropology)
M.A., University of Auckland (Development Studies)  

Kasia is responsible for coordinating the college’s assessing, planning and administrative activities to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of programs and services. She works closely with faculty, staff and administrators to collaborate on assessment reporting projects and foster a culture of inquiry, critical self-reflection, evidence-based decision making and a learner-centered environment.

Other current service at the college includes ongoing work to further the college's equity and inclusion efforts, Institutional Review Board member, and process advisory for Student Judicial Affairs and Title IX. Prior to St. Norbert College, Kasia worked for over 20 years in project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, research, and targeted communications on issues such as affordable housing, community development, urbanization processes, disability rights, and country of origin research for refugee immigration.

Kasia is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, in the Ed.D. for Sustainable Education degree program, where she is researching diversity programming in Wisconsin's higher education institutions.  She also holds a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida, and is also a member of the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE); the Association for the Assessment of Learning in Higher Education (AALHE); and, the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE).
