Financial Planning & Analysis

The Department of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for the overall financial well-being of St. Norbert College.

This team works to:

• Develop and execute the annual budget and forecasts during the fiscal year
• Develop short-term, intermediate and long-term financial plans and models to support resource allocation, capital planning and strategic goals
• Provide oversight and reporting to senior management on financial operating performance
• Track analytics related to financials and present these findings to senior management to help make key decisions

Workday Adaptive Planning
St. Norbert College is implementing the Workday Adaptive Planning module. The cloud-based, mobile-enabled technology will increase strategic, financial and operational agility for insightful decision-making.
