Request to Send Your Transcript to Another SNC Office or Department

Please submit the form below to authorize the registrar’s office to send a copy of your academic transcript to the study abroad office or the director of the Washington Semester. You will not be charged a fee for this request.

Please allow one business day for your request to be entered and one to three business days for processing.
