The following trainings are provided to the SNC community. Please see each tab below for more information on in-person and online training options.

Online Training Courses

As members of the St. Norbert College community, it is our collective responsibility to uphold a learning and working environment that is free of all forms of sexual and unlawful discrimination. Our trainings are meant to facilitate an understanding of those institutional, managerial and individual responsibilities.

About the Course
The college subscribes to Vector Solutions (formally known as SafeColleges) for various types of training opportunities for employees and students, including our sexual assault prevention mandatory training.

What is Covered

  1. Essential knowledge on Title IX regulations to assist students or colleagues when they reach out for help.
  2. Background on recent laws to help guide your responses.
  3. Review of why people commit sexual harassment, primary prevention methods, federal requirements, reporting obligations, trauma-informed response, and campus policies and resources.
  4. Links to resources, including the Sex and Gender Harassment/Discrimination Policy at SNC.

Completing the Course
The gold bars below can be used to access the appropriate course, based on your status at SNC. Once signed into Vector Solutions, and after making your course selection, you will see an overview of the training and an estimate of how long the course will take to complete.

After completing an individual section, you may pause/stop the training and return to it at a later time. When all sections are completed you will be able to view and print a certificate for your records.
