Fall Move-in Information

When do new students move in? 
Bergstrom students can move in on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from 9 a.m.-Noon. The check-in process will be held in your assigned hall (do not start at Schneider Stadium, go directly to Bergstrom Hall).

New students moving in on Thursday, August 24th, 2017 from 9 a.m.-Noon. The move-in process will begin at Schneider Stadium (1600 Lost Dauphin Road, DePere). From there, you will be directed to the appropriate unloading area once space has become available and you will then check-in directly at that hall. If you are checking in after 12:00 p.m. you will go directly to your hall to check-in and contact the RA on Duty (phone numbers are posted on the exterior door of each of the 7 traditional halls).

When should new transfer students move in?
Transfer students can move in Thursday, August 24, 2017, from 9 a.m.-Noon.

All transfer students checking in between 9 a.m.-Noon will start at Schneider Stadium (1600 Lost Dauphin Road, De Pere). From there, you will be directed to the appropriate unloading area once space has become available and you will then check-in directly at that hall. If you are checking in after 12:00 p.m. you will go directly to your hall to check-in and contact the RA on Duty (phone numbers are posted on the exterior door of each of the 7 traditional halls). 

The check-in process will be held in your assigned hall with the exception of the areas listed below: 

College Houses, Doksany Hall, Hugh Hall, Roggenburg Hall and Premontre or Xanten Halls will check-in at Todd Wehr Hall {If you will be arriving after 12:00p.m. on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday you will need to schedule a check-in time with your Upper Class Housing Coordinator at 920-403-3442 or via email at eileen.honish@snc.edu.

Gries Hall will check-in at Gries Hall.

Carriage House & Townhouses check-in at Burke Hall.

St. Joseph Hall check-in at MMM Hall.

When should continuing students move in? 

Returning students can move in Friday, Aug. 25, 2017, from 9 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

If you are returning anytime after 4:00 p.m. on Friday Aug. 25th or on Saturday or Sunday Aug 26 or 27 you will need to contact your Hall Director or Upper Class Housing Coordinator to schedule a check-in time appointment with them in advance. Residents will receive an email from your HD or UCHC with move-in information as well.

Bergstrom, Burke, Madelaine/Lorraine, Mary Minahan McCormick, Michels, Sensenbrenner if you are moving into one of the seven traditional residence halls on Friday, Aug 25th between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., the check-in process will be held in your assigned hall.

College Houses, Doksany Hall, Hugh Hall, Roggenburg Hall, Prémontré  or Xanten will check-in at Residential Education and Housing, located in Todd Wehr Hall, room 111. Students will need to pre-arrange appointments if they need to arrive after 4:00p.m. on Friday, August 25, 2017 or on Saturday or Sunday August 26th or 27th by contacting the Upper Class Housing Coordinator at 920-403-3442 or via email at eileen.honish@snc.edu.

Carriage House and Town Houses will check in at Burke Hall on Friday, Aug 25th between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

St. Joseph Hall will check-in at MMM Hall on Friday Aug 27th between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Gries Hall will check-in at Gries Hall on Friday Aug 27th between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Are you arriving early for athletics or campus employment? 
If you would like to arrive on campus early for a reason other than campus employment or athletics, you must be aware of early arrival expectations as well as submit an application for housing by Aug. 4, 2017. All early arrivals must submit and Early Arrival Application, your coach or supervisor will confirm your early arrival with the office of Residential Education and Housing to verify your early arrival dates. If you have any questions, please contact your coach or supervisor.  

Arriving early for another reason? 
You must be aware of early arrival expectations as well as submit an application for housing by Aug. 5, 2017. Please include the date you wish to move into your fall placement and the reason for your early arrival. Please note that not all early arrival requests will be granted, so make sure to submit your application as early as possible.
