Fall 2008 Move-in Information

Are You a New SNC Student?
New students can move in Thursday, August 21 from 8:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m.. The check-in process will be held in the assigned hall. Housing assignments will be e-mailed in July.

What About Returning Students?
Returning Students can move in Friday, August 22 from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Returning students are not permitted to move in on August 21. The check-in process will be held in the assigned hall. Upperclass Housing (Apartments, Townhouses, and Houses) can check in at the Department of Residential Education and Housing, located in St. John's Hall.

Are You Arriving Early for Athletics or Campus Employment?
You must fill out the Early Arrival Application and return it to the Department of Residential Education and Housing by August 1, 2008.  Your coach or supervisor should contact Residential Education and Housing to verify your early arrival dates.  If you have any questions, please contact your coach or supervisor. 

Arriving Early for Another Reason?
You must fill out the Early Arrival Application and return it to the Department of Residential Education and Housing by August 1, 2008.  Please include your name, ID number, the date you wish to move into your fall placement and the reason for your early arrival. Please note that not all early arrival requests will be granted, so make sure to email your inquiry in as early as possible.
