Joe Totman joined St Norbert College in June of 2014 as the Director of Residential Education and Housing. In his role, he oversees the staff and overall housing operations which include a mix of residence halls, suites, apartments, townhouses and houses. Joe believes campus housing strives to provide a safe and welcoming community for all our students at SNC.
