I have been at SNC since 2015 as a professional counselor. My areas of experience and interest include adolescent and young adult development, life transitions, self esteem, anxiety, relationship concerns, sexual misconduct, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

I enjoy getting to know students during this exciting time in their lives. In therapy, I use a cognitive-behavioral, solution-based approach utilizing each individual's strengths to explore and manage their problems. My goal is to make a positive impact on students' lives and help them overcome the struggles they face during their new transition to college and throughout their academic journey.
