I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience in a wide variety of settings. I have been at St. Norbert since 2008. During my time here it has been amazing to watch students grow and transition. I am so grateful to be part of their journey.

I like to take a solution-focused approach when working with students to develop a plan that will help them to cope with whatever is happening in their lives. My areas of experience and interest include relationships, ways to cope with stress and anxiety including meditation/mindfulness (contemplation), difficulties with transition, mood disorders, and crisis intervention. 

I have a certification in Meditation, Mindfulness, Holistic Yoga and Yoga Therapy.
