Move-In Day Information

We’re looking forward to your arrival – and to a great 2018-19 school year!

New Students

Most new students (first-year and transfer alike) move onto the St. Norbert campus on Thursday, Aug. 23, from 9 a.m.-noon. Some athletes and members of student organizations are required to arrive early. Details for those “early arrival” groups are below.

If you are not part of one of the “early arrival” groups, you must first report to Schneider Stadium (map/directions). Orientation leaders will be there to help direct you to your residence hall when unloading space becomes available.

When you arrive at your residence hall, be on the lookout for the “Bruess Brigade,” volunteers who will help you move into your hall.

Thursday, Aug. 23, is also the beginning of St. Norbert College’s official Week of Welcome, designed to help you transition into the college community. Attendance at all programs and activities is required and your first commitment begins at 3 p.m. on the 23rd. You’ll receive a schedule upon arrival; you can also view it on the First-Year Experience website.
