We have a number of pieces of technical equipment available for checkout at the ITS Service Desk.

The Rules

  1. Equipment is available for current students, faculty, and staff for college purposes only (it is not available for personal use).
  2. Equipment is available for a 7 day period.
  3. All equipment must be picked up at the ITS Service Desk in Cofrin Hall. Be sure to check our Service Desk Hours.
  4. All equipment must be returned to the ITS Service Desk in Cofrin Hall. Be sure to check our Service Desk Hours.
  5. If you return a piece of equipment broken or you fail to return it:
    • students will be assessed the replacement cost on their college account.
    • faculty or staff members will be assessed the replacement cost on their college department account.
  6. There is no rental fee.

Please note that this is a self-service. If you're not able to pick up or drop off the equipment (as mentioned in #3 and #4 above), please arrange for someone to do it for you. When you pick it up, we're happy to show you how the equipment works. You're also welcome to arrange to meet us at the Service Desk ahead of time to go through any piece of equipment, make sure you understand how it works, and help you decide if it will fit your needs.

In addition to our personal assistance, feel free to use the resources below, including user manuals and Google searches, to familiarize yourself with the equipment.

Additional Equipment/Services

If you have a need for additional equipment or services not offered here (i.e. TVs, large screens, stage) we have two suggestions. First, you may want to consider purchasing a piece of equipment for your office. This is ideal because then you own it and can control who you loan it to. Feel free to contact us if you'd like assistance in finding the right device for your needs. If you require more sigificant services, you may want to contact Lighthouse Productions in Green Bay. The college has used Lighthouse in the past for events such as Commencement.
