/ General music programs for adolescents are reviewed in depth. This course explores performance and non-performance opportunities. Music education majors gain the knowledge, skills, methods and materials needed for successful planning and teaching in secondary general music settings. Guitar accompaniment skills are included in this course. Prerequisites: EDUC 317, music education major, sophomore standing. Spring semester.
