Before you start planning your room layout or packing your bags, there are a few details that need to be taken care of to make sure your transition to St. Norbert College goes smoothly.
If you have questions between now and the start of the school year, please contact the office of admission at admit@snc.edu or 920-403-3005.
To see upcoming events, browse the SNC academic calendar.
Your applicant status page is where we’ll update you on important details.
If you haven’t already activated your SNC network and email accounts, this task should be at the top of your list! That's because official correspondence from the college will transition to your SNC email account now that you’ve made your deposit. Follow these instructions to access your accounts.
To activate your account, you’ll need your nine-digit SNC ID number that is printed on the checklist that you received with your mailed acceptance packet. Please contact your admission counselor if you need any help locating it.
If you forget your six-letter SNC username, you can find it by selecting “change your password” at snc.edu/pw.
KnightLine is our secure student portal where you’ll access your financial aid offer (starting in early December, or April for returning students), register for classes and check your grades. Log into KnightLine to become familiar with how to use this helpful tool.
To log in, go to snc.edu/knightline and select “KnightLine Login.” Enter your six-letter SNC username and password.
If you experience problems logging into KnightLine, please contact us at admit@snc.edu or 920-403-3005.
Online registration for housing opens Dec. 1. All first-year students are required to live on campus, so we’re holding a spot for you — but we want to know your top choices for residence halls. Residence hall selections are assigned in priority order based on your deposit date, not your application date.
Ready to choose your residence hall? Check out our first-year housing options. All of our first-year residence halls are coeducational.
Housing applications aren’t processed until after summer orientation, so you have until June 20 to get your roommate selections in. If you haven’t found a roommate yet, don’t worry! We have a great track record for helping students find their perfect match.
You’ll receive your final housing assignments and roommate information in mid-July, so be sure to check your SNC email account!
This is where you’ll get to meet other incoming students, connect with campus organizations, and start to get a feel for college. Orientation is mandatory for all first-year students, and everyone at SNC is ready to help you feel right at home! Registration opens Feb. 1, and session selection is on a first-come, first-served basis — so sign up early!
This survey helps us advise you on the best course selection for your first semester at SNC by providing us with an idea of your background, interests and writing level. Complete the advisement survey online.
After you complete the survey, you can schedule an appointment with an advisor who will help you register for your fall classes based on your survey responses.
Student health is a top priority at SNC. Please submit your health history, immunization records and insurance information prior to summer orientation. Health forms are available in May, after you’ve registered for classes.
You are required to review the Undergraduate Student Payment and Disclosure agreement and sign the form using Docusign. If you are a dependent, your parent or guardian will need to sign as well. Be sure to read this and understand the terms! This form must be completed prior to the first day of class.
We want to see your smiling face! You can upload your favorite photo using these instructions for photo submission, or have your photo taken on campus during summer orientation.
We wanted to make a space just for you! Our Facebook group is for incoming students only — no parents. The group is a great place to connect with others, ask questions and maybe even find a roommate.
You will need a laptop with a webcam to begin the fall semester. If you’re not sure what kind to bring, check out our suggestions. We recommend that you don’t bring a Chromebook as your primary device.
Now that you’ve made your college choice, be sure to let other schools know that admitted you. This is a courteous thing to do, because when you notify them of your intention to attend SNC, they can offer your spot to a student on their waiting list!
To receive college credit for your AP or IB courses, you’ll need to have your official scores sent to us. Contact College Board for AP Scores and IB Org for IB reports.
We need a final transcript to make sure that you’ve received credit for all of your hard work. Contact your high school and they’ll send it directly to our office of admission.
If you need accommodations due to a documented disability — of any kind, including academic — complete the disability notification form. Someone from our academic success, support and accessibility office will contact you and help with the rest of the process.
